Who we are
Mighty Head Limited is a company registered in Hong Kong. For anything on this page, contact us at hello@mightyhead.xyz.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, company, website if you give one, the services you select, your budget range, your timeline, and your message. We do not ask for anything else, and there is nothing else to opt out of.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to work out whether we are the right people for your project, and to prepare for a call if we have one. That is the whole purpose.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in our Notion workspace and emailed to us. They are not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or added to a marketing list. If we book a call, the scheduling is handled by Cal.com under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that turn into work are kept for the life of the engagement and seven years afterwards, which is what Hong Kong record-keeping expects of us. Inquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after twenty-four months.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics that profile you. Vercel, who host the site, collect anonymous, aggregated traffic measurements that cannot identify you.
Your rights
Write to hello@mightyhead.xyz and ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do it within thirty days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date above changes with it.
